had the best of early summer evenings, meandering through one of my favorite parks with Kels and Austin, their two little ones hopping along with wide-eyed wonder. Their children are the kind you can’t help but adore – playful yet kind, respectful while still bubbling over with curiosity… genuinely loving to each other as siblings and playmates. after we wandered between the towering boulders above us, I couldn’t help but reflect on the car ride home, how these two show such steadiness in marriage and ministry… And how marriage is much the same as a great rock – secure, enduring, and beautiful in its immovability despite assailants. after austin kicked off our session with unprompted tears over his beautiful pregnant wife, i knew these images would be a delight to edit and they have remained a treasure in my collections.
