A seasoned photographer who cultivates beauty around her,
Jess is an intimate couples and family photographer inspired by cinematic and ethereal approaches to storytelling. She is based on seventeen acres of secluded mountainside farmland in North Georgia. When not at home, she finds a sense of home in European travel, particularly nestled in the Highlands of Scotland.

Why film + digital
A change in medium doesn't simply change the art, but the artist themself.
Jess is after methodical, expansive curation in all her photography. Many years spent between both digital and film processes have produced a unique combination effect in her storytelling. She moves between styles like a dance between partners, pairing vibrant, airy film imagery with her much beloved cinematic digital portfolio in a unique blend. After your session, she will incorporate these mediums into a dual-style gallery, so that you can experience your memories from two distinct angles and moods.

Where is your dream session taking you?
Many of Jess’s favorite memories are made close to home in North Georgia, among open pastures, Blue Ridge mountains, quiet parks, and winding waterways. But she is a lover of travel, whether north into the Appalachians or across the water to Europe, a landscape she has loved for a lifetime and photographed with deep and abiding affection.

Your Enquiry
Send a brief note through any web page, or utilize the custom quote builder. Jess replies personally within a week. Weddings move to a peaceful onboarding call for further vetting; families receive the season's availability straight away via email.
Your Day
Jess treats every family or couples session, destination or close to home, as a privilege and a priority. She offers pre-session guidance, styling help and creative direction. With gentle coaching in the process of photo-taking, she crafts genuine moments to be caught rather than focusing on rigid posing.
Your Keeping
Sneak peeks within days. Full galleries in four to eight weeks. A storefront specific to your session or trip, with elegantly designed albums and quality prints, for all your keepsakes.
